ITP Advantage engages with business executives at a senior strategic level, well away from the BI Technology world, to identify business performance improvement opportunities, and deliver business process and behavioural change following proven, leading-edge methods.

Whilst  ITP Advantage benefits from the strength of the parent company's comprehensive BI technical knowledge, we are an expert, autonomous business performance transformation practice in our own right. Following a "business pull" rather than "technology push" approach, ITP Advantage will leverage BI technology only when appropriate to provide managers with the information support they require to deliver sustained performance improvements.

Our over-riding conviction is that operational execution of business processes can be dramatically enhanced by working with and challenging the people in the business to define and then implement transformational changes. Simple, often rather manual management and reporting tools are initially installed to support changed approaches. Thereafter, once improvements are evident and processes have been honed, an appropriate and tailored technology solution can be considered.

ITP Advantage is not tied to any particular technology solutions. Rather, we will work either with the client's chosen systems or provide guidance in the selection of suitable solutions, or a combination, in order to meet the necessary data integration and reporting requirements
