Your Training Needs Analysis will consist of:

Audience Analysis We will assess your users to define specific user type segmentations. We will work with you and your team to determine the number of users, their existing knowledge levels, learning styles, physical locations, and required skill sets.

Targeted Course Identification We offer a wide variety of training courses and delivery methods. We will recommend a course path targeted for each of the specific user types. The course path will include course and module descriptions, prerequisites and duration. We will also recommend an appropriate delivery schedule including course availability and location.

Delivery of Formal Training Needs Analysis Report Upon completion of the training needs analysis you will be given a formal report detailing all the findings, the proposed training options and fees associated.
