    Business Intelligence Consultants:

    We are one of the leading Business Objects consultancies in the UK, with growth in 2007 already above target these are exciting times within the organisation. Due to the continued expansion we are looking to recruit a number of Business Intelligence Consultants to join our professional services team, based in Sutton Coldfield. Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong technical skills in some of the following:
    - Business Objects: Universe Design, Report Writing, Dashboards, XI Infrastructure, XI Migration.
    - Data Warehousing: Dimensional Modeling and Design, ETL (Data Integrator, Informatica, SSIS/ DTS), Data Quality.
    - Databases: SQL Server, Oracle.

    The individuals need to have a breadth of technical skills aligned with good inter-personal skills, to support customer facing work. As this role will involve some working from client sites a full driving licence and 100% commitment to travel are essential. A strong academic background, such as a relevant 2.1 degree and good A Levels (or equivalent), is also desirable.     Although primarily Midlands based, some UK travel may be required.


    Enterprise Business Performance Consultant:

    We are one of the leading Business Objects consultancies in the UK, with growth in 2007 already above target these are exciting times within the organisation. Due to the continued expansion we are looking for a CIMA qualified or part qualified Management Accountant / Systems Analyst to be a specialist Enterprise Business Performance Consultant. This role represents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant / Systems Analyst to join our team, based in Sutton Coldfield. Candidates must be experienced in preparing financial statements and managing budget/ forecast cycles and be familiar with implementing the systems used to support these processes such as Business Objects Planning, Applix TM1, Hyperian, Essbase, OutlookSoft. Reporting to the Technical Director, the main duties will include:
    - Working with prospects to help define their requirements for implementing technology to replace existing manual processes (Usually standalone Excel).
    - Supporting sales to demonstrate and present the proposed solution.
    - High level business analysis to understand company KPIs and business drivers.
    - Development and implementation support of the technology solution.
    - End user training on the new system.

    Hence the role requires a good business/ finance understanding, good systems capabilities and excellent communication skills. This is an ideal opportunity for management accountants who want to make the move into systems and consulting. Interested applicants will ideally be Chartered, CIMA qualified or qualified by experience and be able to demonstrate relevant experience, possess commercial acumen and highly developed communication skills as they will be expected to liaise with and influence staff at every level. Previous systems development experience around the financial planning and business modeling area is essential. The candidate must be IT literate, demonstrate expert skills in Excel and be able to perform presentations and demonstrations. Although primarily Midlands based, some UK travel may be required.
