We are pleased to announce the launch of a new business division of IT Performs, ITP Advantage.

Led by a seasoned professional managing consultant, John Haigh, ITP Advantage engages with clients initially at a strategic level to understand the overall vision, strategy and issues facing the business, and then focuses on specific known operational problem areas, to bring to bear a unique blend of skills and proven methods to deliver a sustainable transformation in business performance.

A team of highly experienced business process improvement specialists has been assembled, with backgrounds spanning international management consulting, customer relationship management consulting and systems, and more specialised behavioural change consulting.

Building on over 10 years experience of many successful BI and data warehousing implementations, in which the BI strategy and smart design and use of data and metrics have always been key factors, IT Performs concluded that the need to take a much more holistic approach was becoming pressing.
