Glen Westlake, Chief Executive Officer
Glen graduated with a Masters in Engineering but was recruited into Management Consultancy in the late 80’s with Price Waterhouse where he became a specialist in Management Information. Working as a freelance consultant for 10 years enabled Glen to gain real world experience of Data Warehousing and BI across many different types of organisations.
In 2002 Glen founded IT Performs as a specialist Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence consultancy which has grown significantly each year.
Accredited by The Data Warehousing Institute as a Certified Business Intelligence Professional at Master level, Glen has remained 'hands on' whilst researching to ensure solutions are delivered using the best tools and approaches to continually drive business benefit.
Now as CEO, Glen focuses more in the area of Change and Performance Management of Business Intelligence to ensure organisations obtain maximum value from their technology, people and data.
Rob Neal, Chief Operations Officer
Rob's an accomplished Managing Consultant and Operations Manager with considerable Program Management, Project Management and Consultancy experience. A trusted advisor with a proven track record of defining and implementing large scale Business Intelligence solutions to Blue Chip organisations. A leader and manager who has shaped corporate strategy, defined new business propositions, built teams and developed profitable new lines of business. Keen to pursue challenging opportunities that offer genuine value to a business and drive growth.
Rob's Key Achievements Include:
- Developed a company from a report production and training business with 15 employees to a highly regarded Business Intelligence Solution provider with >70 employees and revenue of £7.8 million in 2010
- Secured, defined and implemented the first £0.5m BI project and instigated the first £1m project
- Facilitated complex global BI solutions in the Banking, Legal and Natural Resources sectors
- Initiated and implemented a graduate trainee program developing 14 consultants and generating £1.4m of additional revenue to date
- Line Managed a consultancy team of >25 people and achieved 14% revenue growth in a single year
- Restructured the consulting team to reduce bottlenecks and provide focus and career opportunities around key consultancy disciplines
- Conceived and built an approved associate scheme hiring >20 contractors to meet demand and increase leverage on projects by 30%
- Led all internal recruitment hiring >35 permanent employees into the company to support growth
Dawn Davies, Chief Finance Officer
A key member of the management team, Dawn has worked with ITP Performs since 2007, and oversees all aspects of accounts and administration. Dawn brings 23 years experience in Finance.
Dawn provides a comprehensive understanding of the finances, and provides support to our customers and suppliers. With over 18 years experience in the retail sector, Dawn appreciates the importance of customer service.
Neil Kemp, Chief Sales Officer
Neil joined ITP in 2004 and has been pivotal in the growth and development of the business throughout this time. Besides having responsibility for sales, Neil also works very closely with our partners to optimise the offering and value we add to our customers.
With over 20 years experience in sales in the IT world, almost half of that has been involved in the promotion and sales of business intelligence solutions. By the nature of the work this has crossed many industry verticals including: finance, banking, insurance, fmcg, retail, manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, utilities, local government, sports and leisure, food and beverage, and Hi-tech.
Prior to joining ITP, Neil spent three years at Parametric Technology involved in computer aided design and product lifecycle management solutions and before that five years at the external VAR business of Powergen plc where he began his involvement with business intelligence solutions as well as selling high availability solutions for banking. Neil has a BSc (Hons) degree in Chemistry and several qualifications in Marketing.
Simon Grey, ITP Advantage Management Consultant
Numerate and articulate leader of initiatives to discover and act upon valuable business intelligence, both from data and the knowledge in people's heads.
More than thirty years' experience at major telcos (Virgin Media, BT) and start-ups (ntlworld.com, Virgin.net, CableTel, Videotron) including such roles as Commercial Finance Director, ISP Director and BI Consultant.
Simon uses his experience in business improvement to offer guidance and advice to other organisations keen to drive profits through intelligent exploitation of their business data.
Simon joins us from Virgin Media where he was the Head of Business Intelligence for 7 years.
